H.G. Paloheimo Oy Ltd.'s real estate operations include real estate ownership primarily in the Loppi and Riihimäki region, but also in the Tuusula and Hausjärvi areas. The company currently has several residential plots on sale in the Riihimäki area.

Forestry and agriculture

The company is also engaged in forestry. It owns over 2,000 hectares of forest land, mostly in the municipality of Loppi.

In addition, the company owns over 300 hectares of agricultural land, mostly in the Loppi and Riihimäki regions. Arable land is leased on long-term contracts to farmers.
